Wise men have looked within its pages; it has been declared the greatest book in the world. It has the power to create transformate, save and guide men from earth to eternity. It discloses from whence man originated, his purpose and where man will reside eternally. To the reader, it can provide admonitions, blessings, comfort, consolation, enlightenment, joy, peace, renewal, strength, zeal and so much more. It has been read by kings and paupers; philosophers, astrologers; sinners and saints and adults and children. The Book is The Holy Bible and it addresses topics from A-Z. On today, we will conclude Part 3 of 3 in our Going to The Law- The Constitution of the United States Series. In Part 1, we looked at the purpose and importance of The Constitution of the United States of America and the importance of it being upheld and supported by those sworn/affirmed. In Part 2, we focused on some dire consequences and the effects when some among those sworn/affirmed to uphold and support The Constitution of United States have failed and/or fail to do so. Also, in an effort to assist you with understanding the ramifications and some consequences that exist within our society, we went to the movies and your attention was directed to five movies. Additional resource and reference information were provided. On today, I will conclude Pt. 2 of this series by listing 25 things which have occurred and now known; make an additional point about The Constitution and Article VI. 2, from Part 1 of this series and provide you with some additional resource information for your reading.

From Part 2 of this series, Going to The Law- The Constitution of the United States: Pt. 2 of 3 World Order or Social Disorder and Destruction by Mrs. Dorothy Barron, we have already noted that failure to uphold and support The Constitution of the United States by some and privacy rights which The Constitution guarantees were egregious violated when experimentations in the area of mind control began as early as the 1950s. As a result, I have listed 25 things that have occurred and now known:

1. The electronic harassment and torture comes from two levels- local (comprised of some community and some law enforcement) and some US military. Some of the electronic tools and weapons can possibly be traced back to supplies supplied from the US Department of Defense to the States. Some mentality and actions are those of "hate crime groups;" they have gone to the extent of forming a community posse. Within the vicinity of the targeted victim, they ride as a group back and forth as a form of intimidation with some hiding or concealing themselves behind tinted windows.
2. The perpetrators or home-grown terrorists of which I speak are Americans (the majority of those seen are of Caucasian and African American descent).
3. These perpetrators are adept at creating "defamation campaigns" against one to isolate friends, family and anyone else that interacts with the targeted individual.
4. Targeted individuals are harassed, intimidated and tortured using EMF. The most common areas affected body-wise are the ears (ear bones), nostrils, brain and immune system.
5. Some if not all targeted individuals will have psychiatric records; not because they all actually suffer from mental illness (or some not before harassment), such is to insure that if targeted individuals bespeak of the electromagnetic abuses and atrocities, they will be doubted and/or not believed.
6. Targeted victims are targeted from both the ground and air with Electronic weaponry.
7. Presently and even though both genders are targeted, it appears that women who live alone are targeted most. Privacy does not exist in one's home.
8. Sadly, most, if all targeted individuals do not know why they have been targeted.
9. The perpetrators who unlawfully use electromagnetic energy (EMF) and devices on targeted individuals are a well organized group(s); they are well funded (utilizes air craft) with the manpower and technology to abuse, harass and torture 24/7, 365 days a year. These perpetrators have access to victim's personal and medical information.
10. Electromagnetic energy/ technology (laser, beams, electromagnetic fields and frequencies) emit invisible/silent torture in electronic form. The transmission can be as mild as the slight stimulation of a TENS unit to jolts of energy to the body. It has the ability to build or destroy the body's immune system and even cause death.
11. Just as radio frequencies can be temporarily scrambled, such can occur with the brain (in the mildest case, lack of or inability to concentrate and lapses of memory occur).
12. The Electromagnetic (EMF) energy can cease instantaneously especially when a visitor (s) arrives.
13. The reason you may not be able to find the electronic source that often assaults/tortures your ears and body is because such emanates and resonates at or below the ground and above the ground (sky or space), as well as from individuals who sit in vehicles a short distance away with listening devices (and very possible cameras to view) to hear whatever occurs within your residence/dwelling. You will generally find someone living or occupying a dwelling within 12 to 25 feet of your residence with listening devices and possibly even more advanced technology; often at least two dwellings are involved.
14. The perpetrators tamper with phones, computer (block, intercept, redirects) electronics, vehicles, etc., and even interception and revision of one's written correspondence occur.
15. Electromagnetic energy (EMF) can adversely affect battery operated and electronic devices.
16. Certain pertinent documents are removed from an individual's possession when a perpetrator(s) enters one's dwelling unauthorized. Unauthorized entrance into one's dwelling has resulted in the tampering of one's food within one's refrigerator.
17. Such appears to be about control/conditioning and whoever is responsible has the capability to see, hear and monitor all aspects of your life (every second on a daily basis).
18. These individuals are adept at creating "defamation campaigns" against one to isolate friends, family and anyone else that interacts with the targeted individual. Not surprisingly, some have reported the loss of a job or not being able to obtain one due to these type campaigns.
19. Electromagnetic energy/technology has the capability to manipulate the weather. Some men have obtained the ability to change and produce adverse weather patterns and conditions.
20. Within a twenty-five year period, from the early1950s - latter 1970s, government entities went from experimenting on individuals to masses. The last experiment mentioned in the Mind Control Project (earlier mentioned) pertained High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (H.A.A.R.P.- based in Alaska). I mention H.A.A.R.P., for two reasons. This Electromagnetic Energy (invisible and penetrable through walls and surfaces) used as a weapon can manipulate the weather (atmospheric conditions) as well as manipulate brain wave activity of individuals and masses. 21. The Revolutionizing of Healthcare will include decisions and treatment without your consent and even your knowledge. You will not have to check into any medical facility to be treated.
22. The Execution of what I will refer to as "the mind-combing machine" has been devised. With this unlawful invasion of privacy into the mind or sub-conscience and gathering of information, acts and actions, 1) a person will become his/her own judge and jury and 2) those who have control of the "mind combing machine" will have knowledge, power and control over individuals, especially those who have committed deeds that that they do not want revealed/secrets. Those in control will also have sentencing and execution rights.
23. Individuals Targeted and those whom I have interacted with are citizens within the United States and at least one person in Canada. 24. Flushing and Dancing – Flushing and Dancing are what occur within an above dwelling. The flushing of the toilet signals the movement of vehicles in and throughout the area; can bring an aircraft overhead within two to five minutes and among other things affect electronic devices within my dwelling intentionally and send electronic transmission and frequencies out over the air. One individual uses the flushing of the toilet to signal and another individual within the same dwelling hops and stomps around as if break-dancing on the floor as a form of signaling to others. I have monitored this activity for almost two years.

25. Star Light Star Bright; why that's no Star! – One beautiful clear evening as I sat in the window star gazing, I noticed a star which blinked on and off. As I went to take a closer look, part of the star turned red. Thinking perhaps, I was about to witness a falling star or some unusual occurrence, the star moved not downward, but suddenly accelerated in a horizontal/ lateral position across the sky. Even though, it appeared as a star, it was actually some type of aircraft (s) which seemingly can retain a holding position in the sky indefinitely. One or more appears and stations itself/themselves in the sky above one's dwelling. I have monitored this activity for almost six years. Certain occurrences have resulted as such, but as I stated, were I writing a book…. In an effort to protect targeted individuals I hesitate at this time to say more.

Back to The Constitution of the United States

Each federal branch of government has designated heads and functions. Ultimate Authority and responsibility of America and protection of its people have been given to the United States Congress through and by The Constitution of the United States of America. As you read through The Articles and Amendments of The Constitution, one continually finds the words Congress shall…, Congress may…, Congress, Congress, Congress…

Regarding the above situation of the targeting, harassment and torture of citizens within this country by those using electromagnetic energy and devices, it appears that such has escalated. It also appears that Congress not knowing how many individuals have been targeted has adopted the attitude of "wait and see." If such is truly the case, such is a dangerous attitude to adopt. According to the media even lawmakers attested to having been accosted through the use of this energy in an effort to exert undue influence; the story suddenly disappeared from the Internet. As has been previously stated, no one is immune from those behind these machinations and/or perpetrators of this electromagnetic harassment. What has Congress done to positively assist individuals of whom they are aware of having been targeted? The act of passing laws which do not give the power of enforcement profits nothing.

Now, I will share some information leading up to the additional point about The Constitution which will assist you with better understanding the brief point I wish to make. You can find additional and in some cases more in-depth explanations in the book which I authored, Slinging Stones when United States Congress has lost control and American Courts are out of control (Note: the book also provides the meaning of the word written above on the wall under the quote or you can look it up) .

In order to understand The Constitution of the United States, one has to have knowledge of this country's history prior to, upon having declared and won independence as a nation and afterward. The Declaration of Independence had affirmed all men were created equal.

In first three words of The Constitution of the United States of America are "We the People…." with the ultimate purpose being **"…to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,…"(The Constitution of the United States). It is important to understand that The Constitution was the framework or foundation of this country's "charter of existence." It was not a document in totality, but the frame or foundation with a sought purpose, which encompasses not some, but "we the People" (see the book, Slinging Stones…) – all its people; all citizens.

The actual and additional point I wish to make can be found within Article VI. 2 of The Constitution of the United States of American; which states:

***This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding (The Constitution).

 

Certain men who wrote and/or established The Constitution of the United States of America knew very well that certain clauses they included (and/or failed to include) within the Document did not/would not support, uphold or adhere to the purpose or intent of The Constitution; they even went as far as to place, if "anything in" The Constitution (inclusive of states' laws) that was contrary would be notwithstanding or as terms often used on today, "not lawful and unlawful."

In conclusion, should the actions of many who have sworn/affirmed to uphold The Law and the Supreme (secular) Law of the land be weighed on the scale of Justice, I fear both would be condemned and found wanting. There is a higher balance in which we must be weighed, but I fear we would be found wanting there as well.

My intention is not to frighten, but to alert you. Do not become sidetracked by diversion tactics. For those targeted individuals and others, your circumstances are difficult, remain as positive as you can; you are a targeted victim, but not a hopeless or totally helpless one. Educate self; I will pass on the same information given to me by two law enforcement officers- "observe and document." May I encourage you to remember that regardless of how powerful some may seem and/or their directives to use this invisible energy and powerful electromagnetic frequencies and fields (EMF) to impose fear, intimidation and domination of others, ultimate power does not rest with any man (wo-man).

Fellow Americans, running, hiding and living in fear are what these perpetrators/bullies expect and desire. I cannot speak for you, but I will not be intimidated!

Much encouragement and many prayers for our leaders; may you strive to do your best and make the wisest decisions for this country and its people; stay strong.

In closing, may I reiterate, we have only this one nation, we will float or sink collectively. Should we allow this nation to sink, we will have no one to blame but ourselves. When those sworn or affirmed to support and uphold The Constitution of the United States fail to do so, it is just a matter of time before chaos erupts; if the chaos is not brought in subjection to The LAW, failure of a nation ensues and finally the downfall and demise of that nation or empire.

Last week, I asked you to get your favorite snack and join me back here; on today we are going to the movies. As mentioned on last week, today's post is titled, World Order or Social Disorder and Destruction and is Part 2 of 3, Going to The Law- The Constitution of the United States. When those sworn/affirmed to uphold and support The Constitution of United States fail to do so, such eventually and does lead to dire consequences. Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis sums it up best, "our government… for good or for ill… teaches the whole people by its example… if the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy" (Supreme Ct. Justice L. Brandeis). In order to assist you with understanding the ramifications and some consequences that exist within our society, I want to suggest 5 movies for you to watch if you have not viewed them, as well as direct your attention to some additional information.

First, I would like to issue a warning. For those who may be easy to frighten and are highly nervous and suffers from anxiety, you may want to bypass this post. On the other hand, if your fear and anxiety stems from being an individual targeted, harassed and terrorized for reasons known or unknown, then you may want to stick around. It's been said that the acquiring of knowledge solves at least half the problem. Should you have trouble believing what has been written here now, hopefully, it will remain for reference purposes should you need it in the future.

As time moved along, a man by the name of Nikola Tesla, an electrical engineer who between the years 1891-1943 experimented with electricity, electromagnetism (fields and frequencies), transmission of energy through space without wires or "wireless energy transmission" and later the "death ray." Was World Order to occur through the control of others' minds?

Government documents reveals that as early as the 1950s, government operatives were the first to undergo drugs and implants that would be classified as Mind Control projects. This invasion of privacy let to expanding such project to eventually include private citizens, after experimenting with those institutionalized- prisons and mental health facilities. As early as the late 1970s, mind control experimentation shifted from implants to the silent transmission of electromagnetic fields, frequencies and energies. The merging of the two, electromagnetic fields and frequencies (EMF) and the Human body and effects upon the human body can best be explained in the book, Cross Currents: The Perils of Electropollution, The Promise of Electromedicine by the late, Dr. Robert O. Becker.

Founding fathers when creating The Constitution did not have the modern day tools we now have, but they understood human nature, deprivation of freedom, lack of rights of privacy for the individual and against invasion of and from others and the need to guard against an autocratic, tyrannical power-hungry monarch and the results and consequence of such on a nation and individuals within that nation. Still, some did not learn from the struggles for independence and democracy. Whether through good and misguided intentions, the need to amass power through a power struggle for domination, or under the guise of security and protection, some individuals sworn/affirmed to uphold and support The Constitution of the United States have failed to do so.

Do We Have A Nation of Social Disorder?

An oligarchy beginning many, many decades ago established in this country a well-funded and organized group that has since expanded its scope and infiltrated within and throughout society in an effort to dominate and eventually gain control over its citizenry and possibly dominate the world. The sad commentary is that some men's quest for world order and domination are not new concepts (see Slinging Stones when United States Congress has lost control and American Court are out of control by Mrs. Dorothy Barron). If you take a stroll through the pages of History, such reveals that leaders who sought world order and domination using diabolical machinations failed to prevail. Their power was a granted privilege, but once abused, they, their dynasties and often entire civilizations failed, fell and ceased to exist.

Some within this country have incorporated unlawful acts within The Constitution which were/are diametrically in opposition and against the purpose and very thing of which The Constitution of the United States stands. We saw it in such debacles as failure to uphold the rights of men and women brought to this country and who were born in this country, citizens, yet enslaved. We saw it in unlawful acts and actions which denied women certain rights; McCarthyism; rights of Japanese Americans totally eradicated during their World War II interment here in the United States and later learned what history now attests that men such as Dr. Martin Luther King and Malcolm X and others' rights to privacy had been egregiously violated. Even though many citizens have moved forward, there are some who choose to live in the past. Systems are still in place to discredit and raise doubt among the masses and/or bring about the defeat, if not destroy certain individuals within this country. Some of our nation's leaders and past leaders have still failed to learn to uphold and support The Constitution of the United States. Their tactics to discredit and/or divide and conquer in an effort to defeat are well known and documented. I would like to offer two recent examples:

1. It was not long ago that the President of the United States of America, who is the first President of the United States and part African American, had his birth as a citizen of the United States questioned and challenged. Had President Barack Obama not been a citizen, he would not have even been able to become nominated or run as a nominee for the Presidency. Why? According to Article II. Section 1.5 of the Constitution of the United States, "no person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President" (The Constitution of the United States). Some person or persons needed to exert alarm and doubt to entail a level of security most likely above and beyond what which would be ordinarily necessary for one in such a position.
2. Divide, conquer and/or defeat- The President has provided in a number of ways transparency in and to his administration and key administrators as well as access to these individuals. What I fear is that there is a covert operation in place to prevent some who desire to interact with the Administration from doing so. I had the occasion to interact with one of the President's Special Advisors. After having written to the individual in the body of an e-mail and e-mailed it, I shortly received it back undelivered. What occurred was an additional letter had been place in the e-mail address, thus having made it undeliverable, but what was even more troubling, somewhere between the e-mail having left my inbox and its return undelivered to the party sent, the body of the e-mail had been changed to a downloadable file. Upon return and in an attempt to open the e-mail, a virus had been attached. There are those who intercept US government mail and now alter it and in this case, attached a virus.

We virtually have a nation out of control. Abuses and violations of The Law have multiplied and trickled down and emanated throughout society. The various forms of Electromagnetic Fields and Frequencies (EMF) technology are now in the hands of citizens who use electromagnetic energy, fields and frequencies not only to harass, terrorize and torture citizens, but spy on others and control electronic and battery operated devices in the homes of others from outside the home. The technological advances in this field are phenomenal. The use of the energy controlled by a few can and will continue to be used as a means to determine who lives and who dies. Presently and in many instances, individuals subjected to this energy referenced early as a death ray manifests most often and diagnosed by physicians as a heart attack or what appears to be a heart attack. No one is immune (rich or poor). Too many sat idly by and did nothing when the poor and impoverished rights were violated and now, no one has privacy rights any longer. If, most did not choose to fight to uphold The Law and that which was/is visible (laws written) or tangible, how do you expect to bring charges against or fight that which you cannot see?

The abuses, violations in, from and through the use of Electromagnetic Fields and Frequencies (EMF) are outstanding and phenomenal; unless personally experienced, unbelievable and too numerous to list here, I will direct you to my blog, Slinging Stones…Blog by Mrs. Dorothy and ask that you view the Category, "Terrorism" at http://www.dorothybarron.com/slingingstones/terrorism/.

It was and still remains difficult to understand the level to which this nation has reduced itself and egregious violations and breaking of the law in the pretense of upholding the law. It took the viewing of two movies to understand the scope to which we have stooped as a nation overall and devices in place for spying on citizens who have not broken the law. May I suggest two movies for your viewing: 1) Swordfish, a 2001 movie directed by Dominic Sena and which starred John Travolta, Halle Berry, Don Cheadle and Hugh Michael Jackman (movie consists of violence, some nudity and profanity) and 2) Enemy of the State, a 1998 movie written by David Marconi, directed by Tony Scott and which starred Will Smith, Gene Hackman and others.

Will this Social Disorder lead to Destruction?

If this is not enough, some have gone on to manipulate the weather and atmospheric conditions. When you think of such, is it so difficult now that scientists understand the various conditions or components that create certain atmospheric conditions? I have addressed and brought this issue to your attention in an early post(s) under the Category, "Terrorism" at my Slinging Stones… Blog by Mrs. Dorothy Barron at http://www.dorothybarron.com/slingingstones/terrorism/. I also suggested the movie, Storm Tracker, a 1999 movie directed by Andrew Hofman and which starred Martin Sheen and Luke Perry. In this movie, man has learned (it appears) how to shift, manipulate and redirect the weather (storms) in the direction he desires.

The only problem with harming others is that you eventually harm self; it is referred to as the "principal of reciprocity." The CREATOR and some term it as "reaping what you have sown." Many scientists and experts have constantly warned of the effects of global warming; they often lack answers to a number of questions as to how and the speed in which global warming has and continues to occur. I believe that when they begin to comprehend the effects of the amount of electromagnetic energy, fields, frequencies and/or the effects (as well as abuse) upon the various spheres above, on and below the ground, correlations will occur. I would like to suggest you view two movies: 1) The Day After Tomorrow, a 2004, 20^th Century Fox movie directed by Roland Emmerich and which starred Dennis Quaid and Jake Gyllenhaal and 2) 2012, a 2009 Centropolis Entertainment movie directed by Roland Emmerich and which starred Danny Glover and John Cusack.

We have only one nation and one earth (thus far). Should we fail to uphold and support The Law, which serves as this nation's framework/foundation or fail to care for the foundation of our existence- the earth, it is just a matter of time before we fall and perish. On next week, as we will wrap up this three part series, there is one additional and pertinent point to emphasize pertaining The Constitution of the United States.

In fact, today's post links the previous * Education: Live Case Study- 9Year Government "Back to Work" Case with No End or Resolution in Sight Parts I. – VII., by Mrs. Dorothy Barron to next week's post. During our Live Case Study, we viewed egregious actions and failure by some within government to uphold and support The Constitution of the United States of America. Next week, this author will share from personal experience, both witnessed and heard where failure to support The Constitution of the United States by many who swore or affirmed to uphold it and failed, has led.

On today, I want to re-emphasize the importance of The Constitution of the United States as well as the importance and need for those sworn or affirmed to support and uphold The Constitution to do so. Too many have suffered too much under tyrants, despots and monarchs for this country to fail in its ongoing experiment of "democracy."

 

It only entails a study of history to view the sacrifice and cost too many within America's colonies (people of all races, creeds and nationalities) who made this new land home, fought some within and from the British colonies and its King for independence. Fourteen states and growing, founding fathers found it necessary to establish The Constitution of the United States of America- the document was ordained and established as the supreme (secular) Law of the land in order to "form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity…"(The Constitution of the United States). Those fourteen states eventually became 50 states. Historical accounts show that somewhere along the way many forgot the lesson learned during the struggle for Independence; yet, the cry of Freedom, Equality, the Preamble and intent of The Constitution of the United States would not and will not allow shackles of any type bondage to forever enslave any (people) man or woman within these United States. Most will fight to the death if, and when deprived of that which The Constitution of United States guarantees each and every one of its citizen.

 

The Constitution of the United States:

1. Ensures that no person(s) be placed above The Law and
2. Mandates that all laws be created pursuant to The Constitution of the United States of America.

To prove such we only need look at one Amendment under The Constitution of the United States of American; that Amendment, Article VI. 2, 3, which states:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. The Senators and Representative before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution, but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States (The Constitution of the United States. Article VI. 2, 3).

Four points to be derived from Article VI. 2, 3:

1. The Constitution itself, Laws of the United States (no distinction between civil or criminal laws, regulations) which are to be made (created) should be made (created) in pursuance of The Constitution of the United States and Treaties (already made or to be made under the authority of the US) are the supreme law of the land.

2. In every state, Judges are bound by The Constitution of the United States (not what Judges or Courts say, but what The Constitution of the United States mandates).

3. Anything within The Constitution of the United States or those laws within any state that are contrary to what The Constitution of the United States mandates and its purpose (and intent) will not hold up; it does not stand or is not supported by The Constitution of the United States and thus, not lawful under The Constitution of the United States.

4. Congress (Senators and Representative), each States' Legislatures and "all executive judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several states" (The Constitution of the United States) covers all Judges- within all states up through the United States Supreme Court) are bound by the law to support the The Constitution of the United States (none are above the law; the law binds them to the law).

When those sworn or affirmed to support and uphold The Constitution of the United States fail to do so, it is just a matter of time before chaos erupts; if the chaos is not brought in subjection to The Constitution of the United States, failure of a nation's foundation ensues and finally the downfall and demise of that nation or empire. America is not comprised of 50 different nations, but one nation comprised of 50 states, united.
